High Definition Ultrasound Made Simple with the Philips HD 11 Ultrasound Scanner
HD Platform
It starts with our most versatile ultrasound platform. From its digital broadband beamformer with proven SonoCT imaging to its powerful XRES image processing, every HD11 system is built for High Definition performance. This means enhanced edges and margins for more sharply defined structures, with reduced noise and speckle, for better visibility and contrast of even the smallest structures.
HD Options
The flexible HD11 platform empowers us to customize our system for your ultrasound scan, with options ranging from stress echo to panoramic imaging and contrast. It also allows you to experience the growing clinical advantages of 3D/4D imaging, 3D Fetal Echo STIC for evaluating fetal hearts during routine obstetrical exams, as well as specialized requirements for breast, transesophageal, pediatric, vascular, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
GE VOLUSON 730With GEVoluson 730, we can now acquire and construct volumetric images in real time - up to 40 volumes per second. The system allows us to explore images in any plane to reveal the smallest details with stunning clarity and apply sophisticated analytical tools to answer virtually any of your clinical questions. Volume Ultrasound not only improves our 3D/4D capabilities, it enhances our 2D imaging as well, for even greater diagnostic confidence in our obstetrical, gynecologic, breast and general imaging studies.
With our GE Volusion 730 3D/4D Ultrasound System you will witness the activities of your baby inside the womb that are either difficult or impossible to identify on traditional 2D scanning. The GE Volusion Ultrasound System provides the live motion technology allowing you to see your baby yawn, suck, stretch, blink, heart beat, perform intricate finger movements and gender determination.
The optimal timing for a scanning is between 16 and 34 weeks. However, we can obtain beautiful images as early as 12 weeks and as late as 36 weeks. Many women choose to come in twice or more (up to 4 visits permitted) to see the various development stages.
Occasionally we encounter a camera shy baby due to such factors as gestational age, fetal position, amount of amniotic fluid, and the mother's condition. We promise to make every possible effort, under all circumstance, to provide the finest images available.
